Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 May 2026

Tiny Touch ("we", "us", "our") is a premium kidswear brand based in Lebanon, operating at tinytouchlb.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and the password you choose when you create an account.
  • Order information: the products you buy, sizes, quantities, order totals, delivery address, and loyalty points earned or redeemed.
  • Usage & device data: pages you view, products you open, and items you add to your cart, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies & advertising tools" below).

How we use your information

  • To process and deliver your orders (we use Cash on Delivery across Lebanon).
  • To run our loyalty and rewards programme (points, vouchers).
  • To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, and to show you relevant products on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • To keep the website secure and functioning correctly.

Cookies & advertising tools (Meta Pixel & Conversions API)

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. — Facebook and Instagram) to understand how our ads perform and to show you relevant products.

When you browse or place an order, we may share certain information with Meta — including a hashed (encrypted) version of your email address, phone number, and name, along with details of the products viewed or purchased and the order value. Hashing means this data is converted into a coded form before it is sent, so it cannot be read directly. Meta uses it to match activity to accounts for ad measurement and targeting.

You can control this tracking through your browser cookie settings, your device's ad settings, and your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. You can read how Meta handles data in the Meta Privacy Policy.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Meta — for advertising measurement and targeting, as described above.
  • Delivery partners — your name, phone, and address, so your order can be delivered.
  • Our technology providers — including Supabase (database & hosting) and Cloudflare (website hosting), who process data on our behalf to run the site.

Data retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see "Your choices").

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.

Children's privacy

Our products are designed for children, but our website and accounts are intended for use by adults (parents and guardians). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Your choices & rights

  • Access, update, or correct your account details from your account page.
  • Request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and personal information.
  • Opt out of personalised advertising through your browser and Meta ad settings.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below.
